I heard this tune at a local session and thought that would be a fun addition to the Slow Session as not terribly hard, quite memorable and clearly well known. I hope it proves fun.

Composed by Martin Ellison (a melodeon player), Herbert is definitely a popular tune with accordionists, although I haven’t found a recording of Ellison playing it. If you find one, please send me a link! It has been harder to find it played on other instruments, but here are a few recordings I’ve found:
